By using the A R Pro Digital Partner Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
Partner registration requires a one-time ₹999 registration fee. The registration fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
A R Pro Digital is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime. Accordingly, no GST is charged or collected separately on the Partner Registration Fee or on the services provided through this platform.
Commission rates and slabs are subject to change with prior notice. Commission eligibility, calculations, approvals, and payouts will be determined according to the applicable commission policy of A R Pro Digital.
You agree to keep all client, business, financial, and other confidential information obtained through the Partner Portal strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to unauthorized persons.
A R Pro Digital reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any partner account if the partner violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, misuses the portal, or engages in activities that may cause financial or reputational harm to A R Pro Digital.
A R Pro Digital shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from software failure, bugs, server downtime, hosting issues, third-party services, data loss, account suspension, or temporary unavailability of the Partner Portal.
This is a software-based partner platform. A R Pro Digital shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh.
A R Pro Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will be applicable from the date of publication on the Partner Portal.
