By using the A R Pro Digital Partner Portal, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all partners, both within India and internationally.

The Partner Program requires a one-time registration & onboarding fee, which varies by region:

The registration fee is one-time and non-refundable, subject to applicable law and these Terms. The fee is separate from any commission earned by the Partner.
To comply with applicable KYC and anti-fraud regulations, we require different verification documents based on your region:
Partners are responsible for ensuring that all KYC information provided is accurate and up to date. Providing false or mismatched information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.
A R Pro Digital is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India. Accordingly, no GST is charged or collected separately on the Partner Registration Fee or on the services provided through this platform.
International partners are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations, reporting requirements, or levies in their own country of residence. A R Pro Digital is not responsible for any taxes imposed by foreign jurisdictions on payments made to international partners.
Commission rates and slabs are subject to change with prior notice. Commission eligibility, calculations, approvals, and payouts will be determined according to the applicable commission policy of A R Pro Digital.
Commission Payout Method:
Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or PayPal fees deducted by the payment provider shall be borne by the Partner.

The following services are available on the Partner Portal for international clients:
ARProCRM is not offered to international clients. ARProCRM is built on the Indian GST invoicing and compliance framework and is designed specifically for Indian businesses. This product is only available within India.
For any product, service, or development work that is not listed above (including but not limited to region-specific CRM systems, country-specific compliance software, or customized digital solutions), please share your complete requirement with our team. Such requirements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and quoted separately based on the scope, country of operation, compliance requirements, and complexity.
All products and services — including ARProBOT, ARProCRM, Website Development, E-Commerce Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing — are available to partners and clients in India at the applicable India pricing.
International pricing for ARProBOT is set independently for each region and is not calculated as a simple currency conversion from Indian rupee pricing. Current international pricing for ARProBOT:

International pricing may be revised from time to time based on market conditions, exchange rate fluctuations, and regional business requirements. A R Pro Digital reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice published on the Partner Portal.
Any commission payouts for international ARProBOT sales will be calculated on the USD sale price and paid via PayPal in USD. Any PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary bank fees are borne by the Partner.
You agree to keep all client, business, financial, and other confidential information obtained through the Partner Portal strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to unauthorized persons.
A R Pro Digital reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any partner account if the partner violates these Terms, submits fraudulent information, misuses the portal, or engages in activities that may cause financial or reputational harm to A R Pro Digital.
A R Pro Digital shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from software failure, bugs, server downtime, hosting issues, third-party services, payment gateway failures, data loss, account suspension, or temporary unavailability of the Partner Portal.
This is a software-based partner platform. A R Pro Digital shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
International partners acknowledge and agree that these Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in Indian courts.
A R Pro Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will be applicable from the date of publication on the Partner Portal.
