1. Overview

A R Pro Digital offers two types of commission structures: slab-based (for ARProBOT and ARProCRM) and flat-rate (for digital services).

2. Slab-Based Commission (ARProBOT & ARProCRM)

Each product and each individual plan has its own sales count. Sales from different products or different plans are never combined to qualify for a higher slab.

Example: If you sell 10 ARProBOT Starter plans, that plan’s sales count is 10, so you earn 20% on each of those sales. Your ARProBOT Business sales (if any) are counted separately.

3. Flat-Rate Commission (Digital Services)

Services like Website Development, E‑Commerce Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing carry a fixed commission of 10% of the service value. This rate is the same regardless of sales volume.

4. Commission Calculation & Payout

• Commission is calculated on the successful sale price (excluding GST, if any).
• Payouts are processed within 7 working days after the sale is verified.
• Commission is credited to the partner’s registered bank account via NEFT/UPI.

5. Important Rules

• No price negotiation: All product and service prices are fixed. Partners must not offer discounts or negotiate.
• No combining: Sales from different products or plans never mix for slab qualification.
• Fraudulent leads: Any attempt to manipulate sales data will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. Policy Changes

A R Pro Digital reserves the right to modify this Commission Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Partner Portal.
