Commission Policy

1. Overview

A R Pro Digital offers two types of commission structures: slab-based (for ARProBOT and ARProCRM) and flat-rate (for digital services).

This policy applies to all partners — both within India and internationally. Commission is calculated in INR (₹) and, for international partners, paid in equivalent USD ($) via PayPal.

2. Slab-Based Commission (ARProBOT & ARProCRM)

Each product and each individual plan has its own sales count. Sales from different products or different plans are never combined to qualify for a higher slab.

            Commission Slabs (per product-plan):

            15% – 1 to 5 qualifying sales
20% – 6 to 15 qualifying sales
25% – 16+ qualifying sales

Example: If you sell 10 ARProBOT Starter plans, that plan's sales count is 10, so you earn 20% on each of those sales. Your ARProBOT Business sales (if any) are counted separately.

3. Flat-Rate Commission (Digital Services)

Services like Website Development, E‑Commerce Development, App Development, and Digital Marketing carry a fixed commission of 10% of the service value. This rate is the same regardless of sales volume.

4. Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated on the successful sale price (excluding GST, if any).
Commission amounts are calculated in INR (₹) based on the official sale price.
For international partners, the INR commission amount is converted to USD ($) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payout.

5. Commission Payout

Payouts are processed within 7 working days after the sale is verified, using the method appropriate for your region:

🌍 For International Partners:
Commission is credited to the PayPal email address registered in your partner account. Any PayPal transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or intermediary bank fees deducted by the payment provider shall be borne by the Partner. A R Pro Digital will send the full commission amount calculated in INR equivalent; the final USD amount received may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and PayPal processing fees.

6. KYC & Compliance Requirements

To receive commission payouts, partners must complete KYC verification:

🇮🇳 For Partners in India:

Aadhaar Number and PAN Number
Valid Indian Bank Account (with IFSC Code)
UPI ID (optional)

🌍 For International Partners:

Passport Number or National ID
Active PayPal Email Address

Commission payouts will be held until KYC verification is complete. Providing false or mismatched KYC information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Important Rules

No price negotiation: All product and service prices are fixed. Partners must not offer discounts or negotiate.
No combining: Sales from different products or plans never mix for slab qualification.
Fraudulent leads: Any attempt to manipulate sales data will lead to immediate disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.
Currency of record: All commission calculations are maintained in INR. USD payouts for international partners are based on the current exchange rate at the time of payout.

8. Tax Information

A R Pro Digital is currently not registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime in India. No GST is charged or collected separately on commissions.

International partners are responsible for complying with any applicable tax obligations, reporting requirements, or levies in their own country of residence. A R Pro Digital is not responsible for any taxes imposed by foreign jurisdictions on payments made to international partners.

9. Policy Changes

A R Pro Digital reserves the right to modify this Commission Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Partner Portal.
